Terms & Conditions
PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS:
All bookings must be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival. During peak periods a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival. Please note that unless advised otherwise, the credit card provided at the time of booking shall be used for all payments, deposits and final payments.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS:
To avoid payment in full, all cancellations and modifications must be made 7 days (or more) prior to arrival. Peak Period bookings and modifications must be cancelled 7 days (or more) prior to arrival to avoid payment in full. The 50% deposit already paid is non-refundable.
To maintain a high standard for our guests we require that certain conditions are to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the following conditions do apply: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Damage, breakages, theft and losses are the guests/and or visitors responsibility during their stay. Credit card details are held on file to cover any additional expenses associated with your stay. Visitor policy is as follows: At all times visitors must report to reception before entering the motel, Management reserves the right to access or refuse visitors. For the enjoyment of all guests, noise restrictions do apply after 8 pm. Excessive noise is not tolerated and the relevant authorities will be called should intervention be required. Our Property has a NO Pets policy. Smoking is definitely not permitted inside the Rooms (charges will apply where this policy is broken). The breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate termination.
Christmas, New Year, Easter, music festivals and any other event deemed high demand by management.
